You will lead a front desk team, hire and train staff, manage schedules, monitor inventory, and implement promotions while upholding company standards and safety policies.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a hands-on approach to coaching and auditing service levels.

• Front desk duties: greetings, tours, service issues, and inquiries.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure timely opening and closing of the gym.
• Inform staff about current marketing promotions.
• Complete onboarding steps in Paycom for new hires.
• Ensure the club is open and staffed during all hours.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
