Workout Anytime - Rockmart is looking for enthusiastic staff to join their team. This role involves greeting members, checking in guests, and providing exceptional customer service within a vibrant gym environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with membership sales, maintaining cleanliness in all areas, and answering inquiries. Excellent customer service skills and weekend availability are key requirements for this position.

Gym Staffed Hours

Monday-Thursday: 9am-8pm

Friday: 9am-5pm

Saturday: 10am-3pm

Sunday: 11am-3pm

Shift Schedule

Shift are scheduled within the gym staffed hour times above

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically greet each member and guest promptly using the proper greeting for time of day to create a friendly positive entrance and departure to and from the gym.
• Personally check each member into the gym using the proper check-in procedures.
• Register all guests into the gym using proper registration procedures.
• Provide new guests with a tour of the gym and help answer questions about current membership options.
• Assist guests with purchasing a new membership.
• Answer phone in a professional and courteous manner and use proper phone greeting techniques.
• Process retail and concession sales.
• Clean and maintain bathrooms, front desk, equipment, and general areas.
