Supreme Fitness Group is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Pearlridge Center location in Aiea, HI to assist the General Manager with gym operations and delivering a top‑tier member and staff experience. You will lead a team, train staff, and ensure a financially successful club with exceptional service.

You will recruit, train, and coach a high‑performing team, manage front desk activities, and oversee safety, maintenance, and HR tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Must have upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and dependability are essential.
• Excellent customer service and professional interaction with members and staff.
• Strong communication with staff and customers.
• Ability to stay diplomatic in all interactions.
• Able to stand and walk throughout shift.
• Able to talk in person or on the phone for long periods.
• Occasional 3rd shift availability.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Possible exposure to cleaning chemicals.
• Physical demands include bending, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, twisting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for members, guests and prospects.
• Lead, coach, and hold team accountable to PF values and goals.
• Manage front desk tasks and member sign-ups, tours, and inquiries.
• Ensure gym opening/closing, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Oversee marketing, financials and HR tasks and reporting.
• Provide backup support for absent team members.
