Job summary

Supreme Fitness Group is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Kaneohe gym to help oversee operations and deliver a Judgment Free member experience. You will lead a diverse team, coach staff, and ensure strong customer service while supporting profitability.

The role involves front desk duties, scheduling, safety, and facility upkeep, with occasional 3rd shift coverage. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided as part of a growing fitness network.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in gym operations and member experience.
• Lead a team of Member Service Representatives, Trainers and Custodians.
• Schedule shifts and ensure coverage; monitor performance and coaching.
• Oversee front desk tasks, member check-ins, tours and inquiries; ensure opening/closing.
