Job summary

Gold's Gyms Of The Carolinas seeks a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and lead staff toward delivering exceptional member experiences. You will manage profitability, ensure safety and facility standards, and foster a positive culture aligned with Gold’s Gym values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in business or related field.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience preferred.
• Fitness industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Promotional mindset with ability to drive outreach programs.
• Strong customer service orientation with proven results.
