Travelhx in Plantation, FL is seeking a Manager, GX Sales to lead a high-performing frontline team at the GX Centre, driving strong sales performance and exceptional guest interactions. You will coach, manage performance, and translate frontline insights into commercial action.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing sales/service teams in high-volume guest-facing environments.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience driving performance against sales targets, service standards, or KPIs.
• Strong understanding of sales operations, quality frameworks, and customer experience best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a frontline team to achieve sales targets and high-quality guest interactions.
• Deliver structured coaching, call evaluation, and development plans to improve conversion and guest outcomes.
• Provide data-driven reporting on team performance and translate insights into actions for senior leadership.
• Manage KPI accountability and oversee improvement plans for underperformance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns and continuous improvement.
