Job summary

Target is seeking team members to create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience in a fast-paced General Merchandise environment. You will greet guests at multiple touchpoints, assist with product locations and issues, and ensure smooth checkout experiences.

Responsibilities include restocking, pricing, sign placement, and maintaining sales floor organization. The role supports a collaborative team, upholding safety and customer service standards in a busy store setting.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement.
• Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft with a friendly, warm interaction.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
