Marriott Miami Dadeland oversees GXP platform usage across the hotel to manage guest inquiries via chat and ensure timely closure of CEC cases. You will coordinate with Bellperson, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and Loss Prevention to resolve guest requests and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.

As a GXP champion, you will train and motivate colleagues, drive compliance with Marriott standards, and foster collaboration to enhance guest experiences and service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience using GXP system to manage guest interactions and inquiries.
• Ability to train and coach team members on guest service processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GXP platform usage hotel-wide across all departments.
• Answer guest inquiries via GXP chat and ensure timely resolution of CEC cases.
• Coordinate with departments (Bellperson, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Loss Prevention) to fulfill requests.
• Train and motivate staff on GXP/GPS usage and act as GXP champion for the property.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott standards and drive guest satisfaction.
