Job summary

ETI Professional Search is seeking a Valve Specialist in Houston, TX to represent valve product lines across the Gulf Coast. The role focuses on managing and growing valve distribution and contractor accounts with emphasis on industrial markets, data centers, and large commercial projects.

The successful candidate will build a book of business through industry relationships, product knowledge, and customer trust, rather than transactional deals, and will travel within the Gulf Coast region as

Qualifications

• Valve sales experience in data centers, industrial plants and large commercial projects.
• Strong working knowledge of valves; butterfly valves a priority, ball valves valued.
• Established understanding of valve distribution and mechanical/industrial contractor base in Gulf Coast.
• Track record of building a book of business over a longer sales cycle, not transactional sales.
• Experience independently managing a multi-city territory with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Owns and grows valve distribution and contractor accounts across the Gulf Coast territory.
• Lead growth opportunities in butterfly valves and related lines alongside the broader portfolio.
• Develop Louisiana into a productive market by establishing relationships with untapped customers.
• Drive new and existing business by following inbound opportunities and pursuing new accounts.
