Qualifications

• 15 years of IT experience with 5 years in leadership roles.
• Strong experience managing Mainframe environments and modernization initiatives.
• Proven Guidewire implementation, support, or transformation experience.
• Experience leading large distributed teams and managing vendor partnerships.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a large team and oversee the organization.
• Define and execute roadmap from legacy systems to Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Manage large-scale delivery budgets, vendors, and offshore teams.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align investments with objectives.
• Drive modernization, automation, operational efficiencies and continuous improvement.
