Job summary

Sollers Consulting GmbH is seeking a Manager to lead end-to-end Guidewire transformation initiatives and expand our US/Canada presence. You will work directly with clients and senior stakeholders to shape solutions, guide decisions, and drive key initiatives.

You will oversee complex Agile programs, act as Product Owner or Business Architect, and build strong client relationships while shaping proposals and delivering value across accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in a consulting environment IT projects in US/Canada P&C market
• Experience with Guidewire implementation projects
• Strong understanding of P&C operating models and core processes
• Excellent communication skills engaging clients
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills; experience as Business Analyst or Consultant valued
• Proven team management skills and accountability for team results

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Guidewire implementation projects within the P&C insurance sector
• Act as a Product Owner or Business Architect as needed
• Partner with clients to solve complex business and technology challenges
• Drive complex business analysis and define functional requirements
• Develop and manage client relationships across accounts
• Lead B2B sales efforts including cross-selling and up-selling
• Present ideas to clients and engage senior stakeholders
• Contribute to proposals and present solutions to senior client stakeholders
