Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant work experience with leadership and management roles.
• Strong strategic thinking and deep technical knowledge.
• Robust understanding of Gosu, Java, SQL and related tech.
• Experience with guiding modernization and digital enablement.
• Ability to balance innovation with operational stability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Guidewire Cloud apps remain highly available and stable.
• Lead upgrades, enhancements, and integrations for performance.
• Manage internal and external support teams.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor SLAs with vendors.
• Develop and maintain a forward-looking technology roadmap.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to assure compliance.
• Advise business units on tool usage and best practices.
• Oversee risk assessments, DR planning, and business continuity.
• Travel as needed and work in a hybrid office setup.
