Job summary

EY is seeking professionals to lead technology-enabled transformation programs for insurers, serving as C-suite advisors with globally integrated capabilities.

You will guide system implementations (Guidewire, data management, reporting), work with client teams to translate business needs into architecture and migration plans, and travel to client sites as needed. The role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and delivery excellence across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Tech or related field with 3+ years of relevant work experience; or a master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, or BI/ETL tools like Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica.
• Ability to deliver system implementation through all phases of the project life cycle; strong requirements gathering and architecture design skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into technology solutions for insurance clients.
• Collaborate with client teams on architecture, data models, interfaces, and integration plans.
• Lead or support vendor selection, design, and implementation planning.
• Travel to client sites as necessary to support engagements.
