Job summary

EY seeks a skilled technology advisor to guide insurers through transformation programs, focusing on claims, underwriting, policy and billing. You will work on Guidewire-enabled solutions, data management, and enterprise tech expense reduction, helping clients design and implement strategies across people, processes and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field; 5+ years of relevant work experience in P&C insurance or consulting.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years in frontend frameworks and architecture.
• Experience with Guidewire, JUTRO, REACT JS, Angular, Enterprise Webservices, OneShield, Exigen, MajescoMastek, DuckCreek, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica, FIGMA.
• Proficiency in system selection and implementation; design of business and technology architecture; data mapping, conversion, migration.

Responsibilities

• You’ll transform client business problems into technology solutions and support remediation of process risk.
• Assist engagement teams by analyzing business requirements for alignment with digital solutions and technology architecture.
• Define integration, vendor selection, and implementation plans to support client needs.
• Work with client teams and third-party partners to deliver end-to-end technology solutions.
• Collaborate across diverse teams to foster an innovative, inclusive environment.
