Job summary

EY is seeking a tech-enabled transformation professional to guide insurers through technology solutions and architecture that drive efficiency and effectiveness. You will work with clients on requirements, architecture, data design, and implementation planning, using leading insurance platforms.

The role emphasizes collaboration with client teams, vendors, and EY professionals to deliver end-to-end solutions across engagements, with readiness to travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field with 3+ years of relevant work experience; or master’s with 2+ years.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica.

Responsibilities

• Transform business problems into technology solutions for insurance clients.
• Analyze business requirements and align with technology architecture and infrastructure design.
• Support vendor selection, implementation plans and project life cycle across engagements.
• Collaborate with client teams and third-party partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
