Job summary

EY is recruiting for a consulting role focused on insurance technology-enabled transformation. You will transform business problems into technology solutions, collaborating with clients to increase efficiency and effectiveness across architecture, data, and integration areas.

The role requires strong knowledge of Guidewire, data management, and enterprise reporting, with travel to client sites as needed. Hybrid work is supported in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant work experience in Property and Casualty insurance or consulting.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, or Informatica.
• Proficiency in system selection and implementation, requirements definition, architecture design, integration, data mapping, conversion and migration.
• Ability to deliver system implementations across all project phases using a proven methodology.
• Experience in software engineering best practices and code optimization tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into technology solutions with client teams.
• Analyze business requirements and align them with technology architecture.
• Design infrastructure, select vendors, and plan implementations.
• Advise on business process services and architecture considerations throughout projects.
• Collaborate with client engagement teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field
