Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field with 3+ years of relevant work experience or a master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos or Informatica.
• Ability to define business and technical requirements and design appropriate architecture and integration solutions.
• Experience delivering system implementations through all project phases using a proven methodology.
• Experience applying software engineering best practices, code reviews, and deployment optimization.
• Experience creating POCs and presenting alternative design options with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client presentations.
• Strategic thinking to research inquiries on regulations and new tech.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Transform business problems into technology solutions by analyzing requirements and aligning with architecture.
• Develop implementation plans, infrastructure design, vendor selection and project roadmaps.
• Guide clients through system selection and end-to-end implementation life cycle.
• Collaborate with client teams and third-party partners to deliver technology solutions.
• Support ongoing knowledge transfer and contribute to solution architectures.
