Job summary

EY is seeking professionals to guide insurers through technology-enabled transformation programs. You will translate business needs into architecture-driven solutions, contributing to data management, integration, and reporting across global client engagements.

You will work with diverse client teams to implement pragmatic, scalable technology solutions, travel as needed, and contribute to thought leadership in insurance technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience is acceptable.
• Proficiency in system selection and implementation, requirements, architecture, integration and data migration.
• Experience with insurance technology implementations and data design in P&C domain.

Responsibilities

• Transform business problems into technology solutions with client teams.
• Analyze business requirements and align with technology architecture and infrastructure design.
• Lead vendor selection and implement project plans across lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with client engagement teams to deliver innovative, integrated solutions.
