Job summary

Naples Hotel Group is seeking a Houseperson to support the housekeeping team by maintaining cleanliness in public areas and assisting with linens, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. You will help optimize guest experiences by upholding our hospitality standards and working closely with room attendants.

You will perform routine cleaning, transport linens, stock closets, and coordinate with departments to address requests while following safety protocols and maintaining a professional

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial services, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Reliable, self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist room attendants by removing soiled linens and transporting them to the laundry.
• Stock storage closets with clean linens and guest supplies.
• Notify Executive Housekeeper of deficiencies or shortages in guest supplies.
• Cross-train in laundry operations and assist in the laundry room.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobby, hallways, pool area, restrooms, breakfast area, and fitness center.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, window cleaning, and restocking.
• Greet guests with a friendly smile and helpful attitude.
• Follow safety protocols, including key control and emergency response.
• Comply with lost and found procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve service-related requests.
• Report injuries or unsafe conditions to management.
• Complete required safety trainings and certifications.
• Maintain a professional appearance according to company standards.
• Additional duties as needed.
