Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and promptly.

You will assist guests with luggage, provide directions and local information, and maintain friendly, professional service throughout shifts, including weekends.

A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required; prior customer service experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license for state of employment or within commutable distance.
• 1 month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English; basic math for handling cash and tickets.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor, and acknowledge them by name when possible.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently; assist guests with bell services and luggage handling.
• Provide directions, arrange taxis or reservations, and share information about local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; manage tickets, keys, and revenue as required.
• Maintain accurate guest folios and key tag information; ensure smooth arrival and departure flow.
