Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, and helpful guest service to guests and team members.
• Provide lead supervision and training to Valet Attendants.
• Greet arriving and departing guests, handle requests or complaints promptly.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles efficiently and safely.
• Ensure all incidents are reported promptly to Transportation Supervisor.
• Supervise transportation operations including shuttle, VIP, and private groups to meet guest needs.
