Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Employee & Guest Experience Supervisor for the Hollywood Palladium. The role focuses on administering employee engagement and recognition programs, and guest service initiatives to elevate the overall experience for staff and fans.

You will lead training, coordinate communication, and implement programs that promote a ONE-CREW culture while ensuring safety, care, and efficiency during shows and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or event operations preferred.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva.
• 1–3 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement employee engagement and guest service initiatives.
• Manage the employee break area and plan appreciation events.
• Coordinate employee recognition and cultivate a ONE-CREW culture.
• Lead service-focused training and coaching across on-site staff.
• Develop fan-focused initiatives for service recovery and milestones.
• Complete day-of-show and post-show reports; analyze service data.
• Identify opportunities to remove event-day hassles for fans and staff.
