Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Los Angeles is seeking an Overnight Supervisor for Hollywood Palladium. The role oversees the overnight cleaning crew, secures the venue, and prepares it for the next event while assisting guests and staff throughout the shift.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1+ year guest service experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs and climb stairs. Apply to join a dynamic live entertainment team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Constant walking, climbing stairs and occasional lifting (35 lbs+).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overnight cleaning crew.
• Reset the venue for the following event.
• Ensure the venue is secure at the end of the shift.
• Some light laundry assistance.
• Take notes of any damage with attention to detail.
• Communicate with the operations team.
• Assist guests with special needs and seating accommodations.
• Guide guests to exits and assist in emergencies.
• Verify staff credentials for restricted areas as needed.
• Ensure guests are safe and the venue remains presentable.
