Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Parking Lot Attendant for The Hollywood Palladium. You will park vehicles, issue tickets, and handle parking payments. Expect duties like directing guests, maintaining orderly lots, and ensuring safety and accessibility for events.

A friendly, professional demeanor and objectivity in handling cash are essential. One year of guest service experience is preferred, with strong communication skills and a neat appearance. High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in a professional, clear and concise fashion.
• Position requires constant walking and occasional sitting.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Take numbered tags from guests, locate vehicles, and deliver vehicles, or provide guests with instructions for locating vehicles.
• Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized.
• Direct motorists to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights as necessary.
• Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and thefts.
• Greet guests and open their car doors.
• Calculate parking charges and collect fees from guests.
• Issue ticket stubs, or place numbered tags on windshields, and give guests matching tags for locating parked vehicles.
• Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas.
• Inspect vehicles to detect any damage.
• Other tasks assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor.
