Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, help with baggage, and supervise door and luggage attendants.
• Safely operate guest vehicles and manage parking operations on hotel property.
• Maintain shuttle and vehicle logs and assist with VIP guest services.
• Support lobby and bell area cleanliness and organization; assist with loading/unloading baggage.
• Attend trainings and uphold hotel policies and brand standards.
