Job summary

Fairmont Grand Del Mar in San Diego invites you to join as a Guest Services Coordinator. You will work at the front drive valet/bell stand, assist guests in person and by phone, and collaborate with Bell, Door, and Valet teams to fulfill requests swiftly.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, maintain guest focus, and keep work areas tidy. A California driver's license is required; full-time, on-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent is preferred.
• Must have ability to communicate well both verbally and written.
• Must have a valid California license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of the San Diego area including directions to areas of interest, restaurants and suggested local attractions.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at the Valet/Bell stand and by phone with requests.
• Coordinate with Bell, Door and Valet attendants to complete tasks efficiently.
• Keep all areas neat and clean for guests and colleagues.
• Have basic knowledge of resort activities and timeliness of customer needs outlined in pre-shift briefings.
• Safely secure car keys and operate computer programs such as Word and Excel.
