Job summary

Grand Pacific Hotel Services LP in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a full-time valet/bell attendant to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and safely park and retrieve vehicles while coordinating with the valet and bell team.

You will train new staff, maintain guest service standards, keep accurate vehicle logs, and support shuttle duties and guest requests in a fast-paced resort environment. A strong customer-service background and clean driving record are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of prior hotel guest services or valet experience.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests and assist with luggage.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in accordance with local laws.
• Train and supervise valet and bell staff on service standards.
• Maintain accurate shuttle and vehicle logs.
• Coordinate with hotel leadership for site inspections and group arrivals.
• Promote Brand Loyalty and assist guests with directions and information.
