Job summary

FirstService Residential in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a friendly, customer-service oriented individual to greet residents and guests, assist with baggage, packages, and information, and provide hospitality services. You'll handle inquiries about services, register guests, and guide visitors to dining, shopping and local activities.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work extended hours and weekends; prior related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Valid Florida Driver License.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Previous similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the needs of arriving and departing residents.
• Greets and assists residents and guests with baggage and package handling.
• Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
• Maintains equipment in working condition and reports any maintenance issue for repair.
• Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
• Other duties as required.
