Job summary

FirstService Residential in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a customer-service driven associate to greet residents and guests, assist with baggage and packages, and provide information and directions. The role requires friendly interaction, safety awareness, and reliability.

Schedule is Mon & Tue 4pm-12am, pay is $18/hr, and full benefits may apply for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and may benefit from

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
Valid Florida Driver License.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Multiple language fluency is desirable.
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
Previous similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greets residents and guests as they arrive and depart and offers baggage, package, grocery, parking, and information assistance.
Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
Maintains equipment in working condition and reports any maintenance issue for repair.
Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.
Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
Other duties as required.
