Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests during arrival and departure. You will park and retrieve vehicles promptly and safely, assist with luggage, and help guests with directions and local information.

Expect a schedule with open availability and benefits including accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, telemedicine, and 401k. Seasonal roles are not eligible for the benefits noted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work.
• 1 month related experience and/or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Explain parking rates, procedures and provide directions as required.
• Accurately complete ticketing information and handle revenue collection when needed.
