Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality, parking and retrieving guest vehicles promptly and safely.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery and pickup when applicable.
• Offer directions, taxis, reservations and local area information.
• Explain parking rates and manage ticketing and key/tag records.
• Ensure accuracy of guest folios and revenue collection as needed.
