Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Phoenix is hiring for Ushers on the Guest Services team. You will greet guests, provide information, direct attendees, and help manage access points at the Arizona Federal Theater.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in customer service, be able to work holidays and weekends, and stand 6–8 hours. You should stay friendly, quick-thinking, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced venue setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a theatre/entertainment venue.
• Able to work holidays and weekend events throughout the year.
• Must be able to stand for 6-8 hours and walk stairs.
• Friendly, outgoing and presentable with the ability to think quickly and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities
