Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Connecticut is seeking a confident Guest Service & Sales Agent to welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and promote upgrades that enhance stays.

In this dual role you’ll drive revenue through consultative selling, using mobile tech and kiosks to deliver seamless experiences while earning incentives on performance.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service and/or sales experience.
• Successful background check and drug screening.
• Ability to learn using mobile technology and front desk software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at check-in/check-out using property management systems.
• Actively boost revenue by promoting lodge offerings and upgrades.
• Engage guests to uncover needs and suggest add-ons.
• Respond to guest inquiries with warmth and accuracy.
• Use mobile devices and kiosks to deliver seamless experiences.
• Verify guest identity and process secure payments.
• Maintain records of stays, rooms, and transactions.
• Communicate guest feedback to departments for timely resolution.
