Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to lead daily front desk and lodge operations, ensuring high guest satisfaction and profitability. This role involves coaching the team, managing check-ins, and coordinating with leadership to uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year Rooms Division/Front Desk experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front office operations and ensure safety and service standards.
• Ensure smooth check-ins and operational efficiencies.
• Coach and recognize team members regularly.
• Collaborate with leadership on performance management within the department.
• Respond to guest questions and escalate feedback as needed.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and labor forecasting.
• Lead stand-up meetings and monitor agent performance.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked front desk and related areas.
