Great Wolf Resorts in Colorado Springs is seeking a Guest Service & Sales Agent. In this dual role, you’ll handle check-in and check-out and actively promote suite upgrades, exclusive packages, and resort features to enhance guest experience and lodge revenue.

You’ll connect with guests, identify needs, and confidently propose personalized options while earning incentive pay that boosts earnings. Flex schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell resort offerings.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience using front desk software and mobile devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out using property management systems.
• Actively promote lodge offerings and upgrades to boost revenue.
• Engage guests to uncover needs and tailor recommendations.
• Process payments, verify guest identity, and maintain records accurately.
• Provide directions, local information, and concierge-level service.
