Great Wolf Lodge in Sandusky, Ohio is seeking a Guest Service & Sales Agent who will welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and actively promote suite upgrades, packages, and resort features to boost sales and guest satisfaction.

In this fast-paced, guest-facing role, you’ll connect with guests, identify needs, and confidently recommend personalized offerings while using mobile devices and PMS to ensure accurate billing and smooth experiences.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience required.
• Background check and drug screening successfully completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/out using property management systems.
