Job summary

Marquette Mountain Resort in Michigan seeks a hands-on Guest Services Supervisor to lead cafe, retail, and ticketing operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences year-round.

You will close out daily financials with the team, train staff, manage inventory, and support events from volleyball to weddings.

This full-time role requires flexibility for mornings, evenings, and weekends, with potential for seasonal hours during summer.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional, courteous, and diplomatic with Members and guests.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends; seasonal hours.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with money handling and register accuracy.
• Proficient with Google Suite, Canva, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees in retail, ticket, and cafe areas.
• Manage POS, inventories, and displays; order supplies.
• Provide accurate product information about merchandise.
• Oversee seasonal passes, lift tickets, and cafe transactions.
• Lead staff, train, and ensure excellent guest service.
• Coordinate events and adjust staffing for peak periods.
