• Greet guests with a positive and welcoming attitude, creating a pleasant shopping experience.
• Answer questions about activities and sights in the area, expanding knowledge to better assist guests.
• Gain knowledge of Marquette Mountain property and surrounding area to improve guest information.
• Work in Guest Services and the ticket office as needed.
• Clean and organize workspace daily, supporting the overall store operations.
