Job summary

Marquette Mountain Resort in Michigan is seeking a SnowSports Supervisor for the upcoming season. The role oversees ski and snowboard school programs, ensures quality lessons, and coordinates scheduling, staffing, and training of instructors to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will work closely with the SSS Director, manage class offerings, ensure safety on varied terrain, and participate in hiring and onboarding of new instructors.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse team environment.
• Experience coordinating ski/snowboard programs and training instructors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ski and snowboard school offerings and staffing.
• Schedule lesson sales with Guest Services and manage bookings.
• Monitor instructors and classes; support director when unavailable.
• Input schedules into Whitepeaks software for online and in-person bookings.
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions for new and returning instructors.
