Marquette Mountain Resort seeks an Events Lead to support private events during the peak season. You will assist with venue setup, food and beverage service, and guest hospitality to ensure seamless event operations.

The role is temporary/part-time through November 1st, with availability on weekends and some weekdays/evenings. Duties include event setup, service, and ongoing guest contact, with opportunities for gratuities and employee discounts after the season.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Weekend availability (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays) is required for peak events.
• Experience in guest services or event support is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist AGM with execution of private events (weddings, corporate events, etc.).
• Set up and breakdown of venues including tables, chairs, signage per floor plans.
• Serve meals, pass appetizers, and stock buffet stations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hospitality throughout events.
• Provide updates to management on bookings and client needs.
