Job summary

Marquette Mountain Resort is seeking a hands-on Guest Services Supervisor to lead front-line teams across cafe, guest services, retail, and ticketing. You will drive day-to-day operations, provide exceptional guest support, and ensure accurate inventory control in a dynamic, year-round setting.

The role requires year-round availability with flexibility for varied shifts, including weekdays, weekends, days and nights. Opportunities for part-time scheduling during summer may arise.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.
• Experience supervising staff in fast-paced environments preferred.
• Ability to manage POS, inventory, and merchandising accurately.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees in retail, ticket, and cafe areas.
• Manage POS, inventories, displays, and supplies.
• Provide product knowledge and assist guests with inquiries.
• Maintain clean, professional work area and organize daily tasks.
• Process season passes, lift tickets, retail sales, and cafe transactions.
• Oversee guest services and events support for public/private events.
• Collaborate with management on inventory, pricing, and stock decisions.
