Job summary

Marquette Mountain Resort in Marquette, MI is seeking a part-time Guest Services Associate for a seasonal role from October 14, 2026, to April 14, 2027. You will help guests at the store and ticket office, share product knowledge, and process passes and lift tickets with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process Season’s Passes, Lift Tickets, and Retail Sales accurately and efficiently, ensuring that guests receive the products and services they have paid for.
• Complete all other job duties as assigned, fulfilling commitments to the team and the resort.
• Greet guests as they enter the store with a positive and welcoming attitude, creating a pleasant shopping experience.
• Give accurate and current information about the merchandise for all brands carried, helping guests make informed purchasing decisions and enhancing their overall experience.
• Must be able to work independently and multitask, showing initiative and a pioneering spirit in managing tasks and responsibilities.
• Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude at all times especially when answering all phone calls and questions, demonstrating a proactive approach to customer service and problem-solving.
• Cleaning and organizing workspace daily, demonstrating care and stewardship for the store's facilities.
• All other job duties as assigned, supporting the overall success of the retail operation and the resort.
