Job summary

The Summit at Snoqualmie, part of Boyne Resorts, is seeking a friendly Guest Services Ambassador to assist guests across base areas, address inquiries, and resolve issues with proactive communication. You will greet guests, guide them to resources, support ticketing and rentals information, and help manage crowd flow during busy times.

Availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays, plus strong communication and tech comfort, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Fluent in any language other than English is a plus.
• Comfortable using technology (computers, mobile apps, and web-based forms).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and guide to resources across base areas.
• Provide information about tickets, passes, rentals, parking and other products.
• Monitor guest flow and assist in maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with Guest Services team to improve guest communications and experiences.
