Job summary

PM Hotel Group in Washington, DC is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor with strong leadership to guide a guest services team in a fast-paced environment.

You will act as the MOD during shifts, support frontline staff, and deliver exceptional personalized service while building a welcoming, neighborhood-aware experience for guests. Open availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in guest services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
