The position reports to the Rooms Manager as a full-time exempt role, offering a salary in the $52,000–$55,000 range and comprehensive benefits designed to attract top hospitality talent.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hotel experience, at least 1 in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Professionalism and exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the MOD during your shift and make decisions.
• Lead day-to-day front desk operations and coordinate across three shifts.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the team; uphold service culture.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to plan guest experiences from start to end.
