U S National Whitewater Center is seeking a Guest Services Assistant Manager in Charlotte, NC. This full-time, on-site role leads frontline teams, oversees pass sales, gear rentals, and guest inquiries, and works to deliver exceptional experiences aligned with the Whitewater Center brand promise.

The position emphasizes recruitment, training, and coaching, with a focus on customer care, problem solving, and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management-level experience in guest services, customer service, or hospitality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a calm, process-driven manner.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during events.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operation of guest services locations and processes (pass sales, gear rentals, storage, security, parking, custodial).
• Ensure cleanliness, quality, and consistent guest service delivery.
• Manage first encounters with guests and address needs and issues as first responder.
• Oversee recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and day-to-day management of Guest Services staff.
• Collaborate in strategic meetings to improve efficiency and guest experience.
