U S National Whitewater Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage in Charlotte, NC. The role supports the Operations Manager in running all food and beverage outlets on-site, leading a large salaried team and a substantial hourly workforce.

Responsibilities include directing FOH operations, inventory management, SOP implementation, staff hiring and coaching, and ensuring quality and safety standards across outlets.

Aufgaben

• Direct oversite of all FOH operations.
• Manages beverage ordering and inventory levels across property.
• Assists in implementing and maintaining standard operational procedures.
• Hire, train, lead, and coach FOH and BOH staff.
• Holds team accountable to quality of service.
• Ensures daily walk-throughs across all outlets.
• Assists in inventory controls and management.
• Ensure quality standards for food and beverage production.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor at multiple outlets during peak times.
• Assists in managing labor costs and staffing levels.
• Assists in managing revenue worksheets, labor worksheets, and P&L statements.
• Ensures safety and sanitation standards are achieved.
• Follows responsible alcohol services policies.
• Oversees inventories, product cost, cash handling, and purchasing for the department.
• Other duties as assigned.
