Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a front desk supervisor or 4 years front office experience in hotel work.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in procedures.
• Oversee front desk operations and cash handling to ensure accurate charges.
• Respond to guest inquiries and manage reservations.
• Coordinate valet, taxi services and Airport Connection for quality service.
• Provide information on local restaurants, theatres and events.
