Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service environment.

• Knowledge of and experience working within the RV business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operation of the Resort.
• Interview, train, schedule and supervise Front Desk team member(s).
• Process reservations and cancellations in the reservations system.
• Provide excellent customer service to members, guests, and employees.
