Shaner Hotels at the DoubleTree by Hilton Neenah is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations and deliver outstanding guest service in the Neenah, Wisconsin location. The role supports staff by providing scheduling, hiring, and training while ensuring adherence to hotel standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in guest services, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in a similar position.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Front Desk functions in line with hotel standards.
• Direct, implement and maintain a strong service and management philosophy for staff.
• Assist with front desk scheduling, hiring, and training.
• Respond to guest reviews, requests and surveys and provide service recovery as necessary.
